- 2. Are your Service Providers qualified ? Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and certified by experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict on boarding process are allowed to work with UA SERVICE.

- 4. What happens if the Service Provider does not arrive on time? We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancellation of the service requested.
- 5. Can i place a service request without registering on your site? While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our app/site without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.
- 6. How are the professionals rated? After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service.
- 7.What are the Appliances that you service? Services a variety of appliances ranging from AC,Geysers,Refrigerators,Washing Machines,Microwaves etc.
- 8. Do you provide material and/or service warranty? Warranty/guarantee on spare parts would be as described on the materials' bill. UA SERVICE provides invoice for only the labour cost, please insist for a material bill from our universal service Expert in case he is procuring the materials for you.
- 9. Does your charges include material costs that are used in the Repair? The charges mentioned is only for labour costs. There will be additional charges for the materials used. You are advised to always insist for a separate material bills from our Service Provider.
- 10. Will your Service Provider come with a ladder? No we do not carry a ladder along. It might be quite easily available with the society you live in or your neighbour. So don't hesitate to ask!
